We are leading manufacturer of Cushion Gum/ Bonding Gum for cold tire retreading process in China.

Our new and improved Cushion Gum is a thin sheet of rubber ( Thickness – 1.2 mm) used for Precured Tyre Retreading, it comes with a high scorch safety, longer shelf life and better tack, and is suitable for both cold and hot climates.

Different products are available for use in 100, 125 and 150 degree processes.

The Tread Rubber has already been vulcanized with the new tread pattern design. The buffed tire needs a thin layer of cushion gum to be wrapped around its crown area. The Pre-cured Tread Rubber (PTR) is then applied with the building machine.
