Application
In the precure tire retreading system, Steel Rim + Outer Envelope + Inner Tube method is widely used in many tire retreading factories. The steel rim can support Tire after inflated air into the Tube, and the flanges sealed outer Envelope without leaking.
This steel rims are manufactured by strong steel. So it is heavy and always required to be used with Rims Mounting Machine together.
In some retreading factory, it is designed to use Double Envelope which not using tube and steel rim any more.
