Even in small injuries it is critical that the injury is cleaned and filled. If this is not done, severe rust, separation and steel cable looseness could take tire out of service. The injury should be inspected, and then cleaned out with a carbide cutter. After cementing the injury, a vulcanizing rubber stem should be applied to “fill” the injury. This would create a permanent repair that maximizes tyre life.

Application and Features
This rubber extrusion machine is indispensable for tire retreading. Steady operation, suitable extrusion speed and temperature, easy operation and durability comprise its advantages.

Application: When tire repair tire, we need to fill the holes and small concave in the tire surface with the rubber strip which produced by the Extruder Machine.

Structure and Principle
The body of the Extruder shall be mounted on the base plate of the machine. The extrusion head is driven by the main motor and the cycloid reducer combined. Feed the raw material through the feed opening of the extruder head. The screw rod will generates force and heat to soften the raw material into applicable form. In the extruded material is overheated, cooling water and cooling pump units are installed in the machine for temperature regulation. Electromagnetic starter is mounted on the rear end of the machine. Extrusion button and cooling button are integrated on the main unit for electrical operation.
