Though Vacuumizing method under the Envelop is an outdated process, many factories are still using it. Operation procedures are as follows: When Door is closed, Safety Interlock begins to work, and the Bolt is pushed to its Limiting Position. When the Tube Pressure is inflated to a certain value, the Vacuum Pump is activated to vacuum the Envelop. According to the Set Value, when the Autoclave Internal Pressure reaches 0.5Mpa and the Tube Pressure reaches 0.7Mpa, the Vacuum Pump stops. Meanwhile, only when the Internal Temperature of the Tank reaches 112℃(in the same time when Timing begins), inflation to the Envelop with 0.48Mpa begins until the end of Vulcanization.
