User Instruction for Tire Retreading Chamber

Main Structure

This equipment mainly consists of Door, Shell, Door Opening-Closing Device, High-Temperature Circulator and Electric Control Cabinet.

Commissioning

Please read the User Manual carefully before commissioning. And check and assure Rotating Components, Pipe Lines, Electric Device and so on are in normal condition. Lubricant shall be appropriately applied to the components which need to be lubricated.

i Check the Impeller of the Fan and make sure the Impellers are installed properly. Make sure the Dual-Pressure Nuts have been tightened. Then, push the “Circulator”Button.Observing from the Door, the Impellers shall spin clock-wise and no abnormal sound generated.

ii Before closing the Door, please make sure the Handle of Secondary Air Relief Valve is switched to “ON” position, and also apply Vulcanizing Silicon Oil (Demoulding Agent) onto Door Seal. Then, manually push and close the Door tight .And make sure the gap between Tank Incisors and Ring Gears is clinched completely. Then manually move the Gear to drive the Rack in order to close the Door.

iii  Connect Compressed Air and inflate up to 0.5Mpa and check if any Air Leakage exists in Piping System and Pressure Gauge System; Switch on the Circulator and check if there is obvious vibration and noise from Rotary Shaft.

iv  Adjust the Safety Valve on the Tank, the Set Pressure shall NOT exceed 0.6Mpa.

v  Keep heating the Compressed Air in the Tank up to 1 1 2℃ and maintain the temperature for 120 minutes. At the moment ,if heating with Thermal Conductive Oil, make sure the Thermal Conductive Oil in the Furnace does Not contain Water Vapor(The Return Oil Pressure Gauge does NOT show obvious oscillation and the value stays within the range 0.15—0.25Mpa);if heating with Electric Heating Tubes, it shall be working properly. And within range of the Set Temperature Value, the Electric Power shall be regularly ON/OFF. (The above items have been completed by the manufacturer)

vi After checking the above items and no trouble found, release the Air in the Tank till the needle on the pressure gauge stays at “0” Mpa for 5 minutes. And assure no Compressed Air exists in the tank, and then open the Door (The Rod of Safety Exhaust Valve shall be pulled up). When opening the Door, no operators shall be in the front or sides of the Door in case the Residual pressure instantly lashes the Door and injures the operators.

Remarks from Melion Engineers: Either switch on the Electric Heating Tubes or during the heating of Thermal Conductive Oil Tubes ,Circulator shall always be turned on first; After Vulcanization, switch off the above-mentioned heaters, the Circulator shall not be turned off until the Thermostat shows that the temperature inside the Tank is 60℃.Otherwise, it might damage the parts and cause unnecessary loss.
