Application of Extruder Gun
Extruder Gun is widely used in tire retreading process when tire retreaders repairing surface of tire casings. After buffing old tread off tire casing, the rubber strip required to fill the holes and concave part to make surface flat. The finished rubber strip or gum strip will be put in feeding hole and then screwed and heated by the Extruder Gun, and the soft rubber strip will be produced by the Extruder outlet.
Compared with Extruder Machine, the Extruder Gun is more easily controlled because it’s portable and light.
Designed for hole filling, reduces working times substantially and offers perfect adherence and uniform repairs guaranteeing total elimination of air.
Operate & Maintain Introduction of Melion Extruder Gun
- Clear out the rest rubber from the mouth of Extruder Gun before using.
- Put on the power supply and preheating 5 minutes before using.
- Add 2ml. Air Tool Lubricant to the Extruder Gun after operating.
